Super-lubricating Self-healing Anti-icing Coating
Product Description
The super-lubricating self-healing anti-icing coating is an anti-icing coating based on a special structure of low surface energy block copolymer and surface flexible chain slip design. It achieves ultra-low ice adhesion through a super-lubricating self-healing strategy, enabling long-term durability and meeting practical application requirements.
Self-cleaning: Resistant to water and oil contamination, dry and sterile
Ultra-low ice adhesion (<7KPa), far lower than ordinary coatings, effectively inhibiting ice adhesion
Meets practical high adhesion requirements (>6MPa)
The anti-icing coating is self-healing at room temperature and durable
The coating has excellent high transparency
The coating has good hydrophobic properties
Scope of application
Super-lubricating self-healing anti-icing coatings are widely used in many fields such as wind power, aviation, power, outdoor radar equipment and aircraft. In particular, when applied to power transmission cables, they can reduce the adhesion between the power transmission cables and the ice layer, making the ice layer easy to fall off on its own, thus preventing or mitigating power grid ice disasters.
