Anti-icing Coating for Long-service Wind Turbine Blades
Product Description
The anti-icing coating for long-service wind turbine blades is based on a low-ice adhesion coating structure with dynamic bonds. By enhancing the hydrophobic properties of the low-ice adhesion coating, and utilizing the self-healing, impact-resistant energy absorption, and chain slip properties of dynamic bonds, it achieves ultra-low ice adhesion (1 kPa) and long-term durability (water flushing ≥400 h, 100 de-icing cycles, and 1 year of weather resistance).
Self-cleaning: Resistant to water and oil contamination, dry and sterile
High-strength substrate adhesion and ultra-low ice adhesion;
Good durability (water washing, sand removal, de-icing cycles, and freeze-thaw cycles);
Long-term weather resistance.
Scope of application
The product can be widely used in many fields such as wind power and aviation, especially in wind turbine blade anti-icing and de-icing. It can reduce the adhesion of ice to wind turbine blades, maintain good durability and longevity, effectively save equipment maintenance costs, and extend service life.
