Superhydrophobic Anti-frost Coating for Air Conditioners
Product Description
The superhydrophobic anti-frost coating for air conditioners features a micro/nano dual-hydrophobic structure, allowing for direct spraying, roller coating, and brushing onto substrates such as aluminum foil, concrete, plastic, and foam. After high-temperature baking, the coating forms an air-protective film on the substrate surface that prevents water, oil, and other liquids from penetrating. It exhibits a significant air-cushion effect, excellent corrosion resistance, and substantially delays the frost formation time on the substrate surface.
Self-cleaning: Resistant to water and oil contamination, dry and sterile
Anti-contamination: Dust, dirt, water, and contamination from liquids containing bacteria or radiation are greatly reduced or eliminated.
Anti-corrosion: Water and moisture in the air do not actually contact the surface, thus significantly reducing corrosion.
Anti-freezing: The surface of the object is dry, greatly delaying freezing time.
Moisture-proof: Water contact angle >160 degrees, roll-off angle
