Imidazoline polyoxyethylene ether
Product Description
This product is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide and imidazoline. It has good water solubility and rapid film-forming properties, making it widely used in oil production and refining. As the primary functional component of an acid-resistant anti-corrosion agent, it effectively inhibits acid corrosion on oil wells and pipelines. It is particularly effective in inhibiting hydrogen sulfide corrosion.

Scope of use and method of use

Add 1-3 kg of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor per ton of hydrochloric acid (5-10%), using approximately 2-5 kg of water-soluble solution. Mix thoroughly before use. Start the circulation pump for cleaning. Add imidazoline corrosion inhibitor proportionally as acid is added during the cleaning process. Dilute with water for use in oilfield additives, or combine with neutralizers, dispersants, scale inhibitors, and other corrosion inhibitors.
