A key highlight of our exhibition will be our specialized line of intermediates used in the formulation of high-performance acidizing corrosion inhibitors. We will be placing special emphasis on two critical components:
1. Propargyl Alcohol Propoxylate, cas no. 3973-17-9 / 2-Propyn-1-ol compound with methyloxirane, cas no. 38172-91-7
This acetylenic alcohol derivative is a highly effective corrosion inhibitor intermediate, particularly for aggressive acidic environments under high temperature. As an alkoxylated compound, it is known for its ability to form a protective film on metal surfaces, significantly reducing the corrosion rate of steel alloys in contact with hydrochloric acid (HCl) or HCl-HF blends . Its performance is crucial for protecting tubular goods and coiled tubing during matrix and fracture acidizing operations, especially at elevated temperatures. This is an alkoxylate of propargyl alcohol and it is obtained by the addition reaction of propylene oxide and propargyl alcohol. It is green and eco-friendly and can replace propaygyl alcohol in the acidizing corrosion inhibitors.
2. Quinoline Quats (Quaternary Ammonium Salts) ：Chlorinated -1- benzyl quinoline salt Cas no.15619-48-4
Quinoline quaternary ammonium salts are another class of essential intermediates we offer. This product can be used in high temperature corrosion inhibitors and it can acheive better effect when using it with intensifiers.
