1. Cocoamidopropyl Betaine-CAB
This product has a significant thickening effect when combined with an appropriate amount of anionic surfactants. It can also be used as a conditioner, wetting agent, bactericide, antistatic agent, etc. It is widely used in oil field exploitation. Its main function is to act as a viscosity reducer, oil displacement agent and foaming agent, making full use of its surface activity to infiltrate, penetrate and strip the crude oil in the oil-containing mud to improve the three-recovery recovery rate.
2. Oleic Acid Amidopropyl Betaine-OAB
OAB is used as an emulsifier, thickener and corrosion inhibitor in oil field additives, and can also be used in the self-diverting acid system of carbonate acidification. It has a more obvious thickening effect than alkyl betaines such as CAB; it has high surface/interfacial activity and strong resistance to temperature and hard water; it can increase the viscosity of the solution sharply under acidic conditions, and is used for thickening of acidified liquids in different occasions.
Product application: In oil field additives, it can be used as an emulsifier, thickener and corrosion inhibitor in the self-diverting acid system of carbonate acidification.
3. Dodecyl dimethyl betaine-BS-12
Dodecyl betaine is used to sterilize products in oilfield gas and oil pipelines.
4. Lauryl amide propyl hydroxysulfo betaine-LHSB
This surfactant enhances the permeability of low-permeability porous media by adjusting the wetting contact angle between low-mineralization water and the rock surface. Experimental data show that the difference in adsorption between LHSB solution and rock surface in low-mineralization water environment is 26.33%, which is significantly higher than the 15.24% of high-mineralization water, thereby reducing the flow resistance of crude oil and improving the recovery rate.
1) Efficiency enhancement of compound system
In the oilfield flooding process, the compound system of low-mineralization water and LHSB can further improve the recovery rate. For example, after high-mineralization water flooding, low-mineralization water and LHSB solution are injected, and the recovery rate is increased by 6.5%; after low-mineralization water flooding, compounding and using LHSB, the total recovery rate can reach 45.9%.
2) Hard water resistance and stability
LHSB has excellent hard water resistance and can maintain a stable foam structure and cleaning effect in water containing calcium and magnesium ions. It is suitable for the preparation of oilfield chemicals.
5. Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium oxide
Also known as benzalkonium chloride, it is a quaternary ammonium salt organic compound. Benzalkonium chloride dissociates into cationic active groups in aqueous solution and has the effect of cleaning and sterilization.
6. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride-1231
1) Oilfield and chemical industry: used as drilling fluid emulsifier and emulsifier for high temperature resistant oil-in-water emulsified mud to improve drilling stability and inhibit mud cake formation.
2) Textile and leather: used as an antistatic agent to reduce static electricity generated by fiber friction, and as a softener to improve the feel of fabrics.
3) Ink production: used as an auxiliary agent to improve the leveling, transferability and coating properties of inks.
